Grok 3 is insane for hiring
Here is how you use it
Since Grok 3 came out, it has been a buzz, as the data shows it’s the best AI model yet.
But how can you use it to cut time for hiring in your company?
I won't say that you can write job descriptions with it, as that can be done with every other AI model.
One important feature of Grok 3 is Think and DeepSearch
There are two ways to do it.
1. Screening Resumes
If you are not already paying for ATS you can use Grok 3 to read resumes.
Just visit Grok.com and turn the Think feature on.

Upload up to 5 resumes and write this prompt
“I am looking to hire a [Job Role] for my company [Name].These are the resumes of the people who have applied for the job, help me decide if they are a good fit or not based on the Job Description:
(Paste Job Description)”
2. Background Checks of Candidates
One of the craziest things you can do with Grok 3 and honestly I was blown away by the results it gave me is background checks.
If the candidate has an X account Grok and read the candidate’s tweets to give you the notion if the candidate is a fit or not.
I tried it with both X and Linkedin the details it gave were accurate.
Although I have marketing experience since my X and Linkedin don’t mention that it gave me the data based on what it was able to read on my Linkedin.
Grok 3 even found the book that I wrote in 2018.
To do this just select DeepSearch.

I am mind-blown.
Here is the prompt that I used:
“I received an application from [Applicant Name]. I am hiring for a [Job role]. Help me decide by researching him on the Internet, reviewing his tweets, and reviewing his LinkedIn profile to see if he is a good fit.
Here is his LinkedIn: [Paste candidates Linkedin]
Here is his X: [Paste candidates X]”
Which of these are you going to try first?
