Personal Life Update
On 10th February I joined RightMatch as a Freelance Director of Marketing.
While I have taken 30,000 Interviews most of my hires were in Marketing and SEO.
And I am good with marketing.
The other thing is, RightMatch AI and VaraHR share the same vision:
Help Companies and Hire better candidates faster.
I reached out to Sterling when I saw RightMatch AI in the AILibrary directory.
I spoke to him only twice and we decided to work together.
Is it the end of VaraHR?
No, it’s just a start for VaraHR. We will continue to flourish with the HRs across the world.
While VaraHR is a service and RightMatch is a full-fledged software we’re not a competition.
We are partners solving the same problems.
What about HireNotes?
HireNotes is here to stay and it will stay as long as I can run it.
We are here as a community, sharing tips tricks, and methods that can help each other hire better faster.
Future of AI Hiring
Recently, Chipotle signed a multi-million dollar deal with Paradox and they did a Press Release on it that mentioned:
The technology, underpinned by Conversational AI, is expected to reduce the amount of time it takes to hire an employee for an in-restaurant position by as much as 75%.
If Hiring Managers and HRs are still living thinking that they can read resumes and Hire top talent, that ain’t happening.
Don’t be slow to learn as AI is here to replace you.
If you don’t learn it you are guaranteed to be replaced by someone who did.
