Bed rest and Bad rest to AI
Hey AI Hiring Pros👋.
I got a severe stomach infection on a family trip that made me go on bed rest for almost a month.
Then I went delusional after realising that if I don’t work, I don’t get paid.
So, if I die tomorrow, there will be nothing left for my family. Hence, went on to build systems to automate most of my tasks.
And while I was sick, I built my first software as a service called DivineDiary.me
🔥 This week in AI hiring
A surprising trend is the surge in AI-generated resumes, with LinkedIn applications up 45%, creating an "arms race" where both candidates and recruiters use AI, potentially missing nuanced fits.
💡 5-minute AI implementation
Add AI to screen resumes by rating them 1-5 based on job needs using tools like ChatGPT.
This can be done in 5 minutes by uploading resumes and using a prompt like, "Rate each resume for [Job Role] from 1 to 5 based on [Job Description].
I’m working on a tool that does exactly this, but with 5 other insights, called Sorted.cv
